Prior to joining the Broda Group of Companies in 2022, Trevor began his career as a heavy equipment operator and has worked in almost every role in the industry including, foreman, superintendent, project manager, and senior divisions operations manager. With over a decade of heavy civil and mining experience, Trevor now leads Broda Group’s Calgary and area operations as General Manager where he continues to grow our portfolio within the Southern Alberta market.
Trevor’s extensive experience with project and operations management encompasses a vast knowledge that is complimented by his natural entrepreneurship, innovation, and ability to strategically plan. Alongside his passion for building effective teams, Trevor’s business acumen underlined with his technical experience has provided him the understanding and capability to effectively deliver successful projects valuing upwards of $450m.
Trevor is a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with the Association of Science & Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta and holds a Surface Land Management – Land Agent Diploma from Olds College, Alberta.
