Todd Becker joined the Broda Group of Companies in 2008 as an HSE Advisor in the Infrastructure Division. In 2011, Todd was promoted to Human Resources (HR) Manager where he served many years as the ‘HR Department of one’, gaining valuable experience in recruiting, organization/leadership development, HR compliance, employee relations, and benefit administration.
As a seasoned employee, Todd brings with him more than 15 years of diverse human resources and safety experience. His specialties include ensuring HR policies and procedures align with corporate objectives, managing the complete employee life-cycle of the benefits program, and implementing/administering the Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP).
Outside of the office, Todd has actively participated in coaching youth/adolescent sports for the past 25 years.
Todd is a recognized Construction Safety Officer (CSO).
