Tim Mostowich joined the Broda Group of Companies in 2014 as the Equipment Manager bringing with him more than 30 years of construction experience including maintenance & repair, staffing & scheduling, and asset management. From equipment procurement and inventory management to maintenance and function, Tim has honed in his expertise and developed relationships with vendors throughout North America that have attributed toward the company and its departments overall success.
Tim is responsible for monitoring the efficiency and performance of 250-plus pieces of heavy equipment, various types of crushing plants, and an additional broad range of support equipment, to support business function and daily operation. Additionally, he plans, coordinates, and directs the operation of equipment for preventative maintenance and repair while acting as a technical advisor on all equipment related issues and diagnostics.
Tim is a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic – Red Seal with a 4th Class Power Engineering diploma from SIAST Kelsey Campus in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
