Ryan Kolb joined the Broda Group of Companies in 2011 as a Project Manager to the Infrastructure Division. In 2014, Ryan elevated his status and was appointed Construction Manager to both the Infrastructure and Kam-Crete Divisions.
With nearly 20 years experience in the heavy construction industry, Ryan has harnessed his civil engineering background for the successful delivery of multiple projects ranging between $25k to $125m. Ryan’s evident passion for operational excellence is reflective in his leadership, positive liaison, and management of client relationships, often resulting in repeat business. His specialies include troubleshooting, planning, scheduling, and coordinating works in all aspects to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Outside of Broda, Ryan serves as a Board Member to the Saskatchewan Heavy Construction Association (SHCA) and actively participates in coaching youth sports.
Ryan holds an Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T) designation with a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma from the SIAST Palliser Campus in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
