Gord is the President of the Broda Group of Companies and has been with his family-founded business since 1976.
With more than 40 years experience in heavy civil construction and aggregate production, Gord has risen through the ranks and helped guide the company through its significant growth and expansion. With extensive knowledge in planning and development, staffing, asset management, safety, and project management, he is a proven leader with a track record to match.
Outside of Broda, Gord has served on the board of directors for the Heavy Construction Association of Saskatchewan, SaskPower, and various other industry-related boards and committees. He currently serves as the President/Governor of the Prince Albert Raiders Hockey Club, a board member for the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation, an investment committee member for Westcap Mgt. Ltd., and a board member for the Prince Albert Regional Economic Development Association.
Well known for his philanthropic nature, generosity, and humility, Gord and his family have been and continue to be strong supporters to both community and provincial initiatives, charitable organization and worthy causes throughout Western Canada.
